Processing Time
Since each CASELEVO case is custom-made to your specifications, please allow 5-6 business days for production and quality inspection before shipping. During peak seasons (holidays, promotional events), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 1-9 business days
- Canada: 1-9 business days
- United Kingdom: 1-9 business days
- Germany: 1-9 business days
- France: 1-9 business days
- Australia/New Zealand: 1-9 business days
- Other European Countries: 1-9 business days
Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time = Processing time (5-6 business days) + Shipping time (1-9 business days) = 6-15 business days total.

CASELEVO offers FREE standard shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum purchase required.

We currently ship to the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, France, Denmark, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, and Slovakia. More countries coming soon!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time using our Order Tracking page.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
Currently, each order can only be shipped to one address. If you need items sent to different addresses, please place separate orders.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. CASELEVO is not responsible for any customs fees or delays.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [email protected]. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
